I won't go further so as to avoid spoilers, but know that it did diminish my overall enjoyment of the book. With her sleep deprivation, Jessie is the ultimate unreliable narrator, and it's very hard to tell if she's crazy or what on earth is happening.

She earned her MFA in Creative Writing at Stonecoast, University of Southern Maine, and is currently working on preparing her debut novel for publication with her literary agent. Therefore, Jessie, begins to question her own existence and the foundations upon which she was raised. It’s a lesson on life, how we experience the world, and a story of how we have to walk out of the shadows and face the sun – and realise – hey, it’s not so bad out here after all. I definitely need to read more books by English authors written around the 90s/early 2000s because this is the second book this year that I've read and they don't make them like this anymore and I'm not ashamed to be the old millennial saying this 🤣 I also highly appreciated the correct English in this book and I think my mum will be proud that I notice every time someone says things like cleverer or stupider instead of more stupid or more clever. Eden and Aaron are happily married: they hold hands, sit outside and cuddle in each other’s arms, content.

Overall a very good quality service from this seller and I would not hesitate to recommend this seller. I quickly came to know Eden and Jessie because Kubica’s character-building is on point, and not only did I know them, I empathized with each of them and truly felt emotional about the issues they were individually facing. Postage charges vary according to the weight of your items and the destination country, and are calculated at the checkout. While applying for college, Jessie stumbles across a mysterious detail from her past that she can’t understand or accept. It’s what’s making 18 year old Jessie Sloan’s crazy and it’s making the reader crazy because we don’t know what’s real, what’s not and what’s a hallucination. However, as the months begin to pass without that second little line Eden starts feeling the pressure of not being able to conceive a child.

Absolutely recommend to those who enjoy a good suspense thriller filled with some surprising twists. Explore the outdoors and follow a toddler and parent as they rewild an urban area with the help of their community. Fertility treatments, IVF, you name it - Eden will stop at nothing to accomplish her goal of having a child of her own. Your literary agent will prepare a pitch letter to send to editors within publishing houses and imprints. When both women's lives start to unravel they both become unreliable leaving me with so many questions as the suspense and tension increased. From the beginning you know what's happening as it doesn't appear that the author is trying to hide a twist from you. v=1653082916","width":1200},{"alt":null,"id":24178263556186,"position":2,"preview_image":{"aspect_ratio":0. v=1597283767","width":1200},{"alt":null,"id":23034029768794,"position":3,"preview_image":{"aspect_ratio":0. I should have grown out of the reading-at-the-table stage by now, but instead I’ve graduated to the next logical step: reading at the bar. I avoided reading this for a long time due to the number of negative reviews, but in the end, I am glad I gave it a shot as I found this to be a twisty and interesting read.
